That was a fun packed weekend! I’m throwing this post up so people know where to find the images. It’s about 10PM on Sunday night. I’m trying to get through all the photos tonight, but I’m starting to doze off and the uploads taking a long time. I should have all images up Monday afternoon and will write a review on the weekend in the next few days. Summary: Bikes, friends, food, beverages, sun, cool locations all make for great ingredients to create a memorable cycling experience. So thankful to be a part of all of this and thrilled for what this event is going to become.
I’ll have a write up on the weekend soon, but for now, here is the link to all three days of photos. Still have one more camera to go through and sort images from. It was a super busy weekend on the real estate front and while I know how important images are to everyone, the day job is on the front burner today.
Tomorrow road racing returns to the Old Pueblo with the three day Tucson Bicycle Classic. Like a phoenix that rises from the ashes is what they have been promoting and it sounds like with over 500 riders it’s going to be exciting to watch. Come be a spectator. Sunday is the best day out at Pima CC West. Lots of parking. Food and coffee trucks. The Damion Alexander Team is proud to be sponsoring the event this year and taking photos.
Racing not your thing? The best ride this weekend is likely the Tour De Cookie put on by the Rotary club. Ride the Loop. Get cookies at each stop. How amazing is that.
As the Days are getting longer the ride times are starting to change. I think everything is accurate this week, but please check the link to the site to confirm. I’m also getting closer to the new look of the list, but as with everything these days, it’s taking longer than it should. If you hate this format, check back in the next few weeks. It should be different.

RIDE AND EVENT DISCLAIMER
These rides are not mine. I am only sharing the data. The Damion Alexander Team can’t guarantee anybody’s safety. There are unknown and unforeseen potential hazards in every ride so you should pay attention and take reasonable precautions. I always use a helmet. I think that helmets should be required when riding. If you choose to listen to music during rides you should only use the headset in one ear or use a bone conducting system. Better yet, buy a FarEnd Gear earbud. Communication is essential during all rides and having the ability to hear is a part of your responsibility to others. Please also ride within your limitations. You are not racing the Tour de France. If you see someone that is not riding within their limitations or are becoming a hazard to others we should politely bring this to their your attention. Do this for your and everybody’s safety.
Also, it is everybody’s responsibility to follow all traffic laws. We are not lemmings. Just because somebody does something foolish does not mean you need to follow. Use your head and enjoy your ride.
THE DAMION ALEXANDER TEAM, DAMION ALEXANDER, AND ANYONE ELSE WHO CONTRIBUTES TO THIS LIST SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ACCIDENT OR INJURY THAT OCCURS ON THSES RIDES. EVERY PERSON IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR OWN SAFETY AND THE SAFETY OF OTHERS AROUND THEM
