Since 1991, the KHMTT has taken place on Wednesday evenings in Cherry Creek State Park in early spring. The weather is a bit unpredictable (this is Colorado!), but that is what makes the KHMTT unique and challenging! Cycle polo, bicycle polo, or bike polo (polo-vélo in French; Radpolo in German) is a team sport similar to traditional polo, except that iron horses  are used instead of horses. The Shootout The shootout is the Saturday morning group ride. The ride has groups of about 20 riders in the summer and well over 100 riders in the winter and spring.
